About
Khalsa Cup - Hockey4Humanity is an annual ball hockey tournament established in 2014 that has contributed all of its past proceeds to a different charitable cause every year.

Our Mission
Khalsa Cup - Hockey4Humanity combines the Sikh principles of seva (selfless service) and sarbat da bhalla (well-being of/prosperity for all) with our love for ball hockey in order to give back to the community.
Our name, The Khalsa Cup - Hockey 4 Humanity, is synonymous.
The Khalsa is a collective body of initiated Sikhs, established by Guru Gobind Singh Ji in 1699, who commit to a code of conduct including the Five Ks, spiritual discipline, and upholding justice and equality. It is with this spirit we aim to run our tournament.
2025 brings a renewed vision for H4H.
We are grateful for the positive feedback and impact our tournament has in bringing Canadians from all walks of life together, for our shared love of the game.
In addition, we also recognize organized hockey has gotten much more expensive, for tournament organizers and players alike.
To ensure the continued success of Khalsa Cup - H4H attuned to our mission, in light of both, management has decided to raise our team fees.
In return, a cash prize to the winner of higher pools will be awarded, and at the same time, we will be donating all proceeds after tournament costs to different charitable organizations/causes actively giving back within the community.
This will allow us to put on better tournaments, and invest in key features for the tournament such as arena rentals, website/social media updates, live stats, professional photographers, live streams, shirts etc.
