Team fees for the 4 pools are: A/B $1200 and C/M at $1000. Cash prizes only for A/B.

To register as a team or free agent, fill out the form below. Please be aware that Hockey for Humanity, the Khalsa Cup, and all our partners and affiliates, take no responsibility for the health and well being of players that take part in the tournament. Registering as a player or a team, waives the above organizing parties of all liability, injuries and the like, that may arise during the tournament. All registrants understand the inherent risks involved with any sports tournament, and take full responsibility for their own safety.
